the accessible access onto the front beside the water is quite inaccessible because the door is stiff.

the city twin room was functional. free tea and coffee was available in the room.
I was disappointed to find several maintenance issues. a damaged chair was present. scratches marked various items in the room. the bath drained poorly and the shower leaked. I thought rooms should get checked. the hotel really needs to monitor conditions.

The breakfast offered a good selection of items, i found it quite good. i also enjoyed the convenient location. It made exploring the area quite easy. my room featured both a shower and a bath, a feature i particularly appreciated. i found the staff polite and ready to assist with any request.

The location was central. It was perfect for walking to attractions. the breakfast was freshly cooked when ordered and had a nice variety.
the room was not ready on arrival, though we were given a voucher for drinks. also, the accessible door was very stiff and difficult to open, especially with a pram, and staff did not address this problem effectively.
