friendly staff lovely breakfast convenient location
the staff were great, so friendly and helpful. breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, not overwhelming. the location is good as it is easy to reach the city via taxi or bus. it was quiet with nice facilities.
i found that the room i got was number 84, and the whole corridor and included my room was just smelling for 2 days. it was a smell of something old. i didn't feel comfortable in the bathroom or the room.

the staff were very helpful in answering all questions and providing information about transport to the city center and airport. check-in was quick and efficient, and all staff interactions were positive. i found them to be genuinely interested in assisting guests.

wonderful stay with convenient bus access
excellent breakfast friendly staff reasonable prices
the restaurant was a definite highlight , serving excellent breakfast and dinner at reasonable prices. i appreciated that kids ate free at breakfast , a nice touch for families. the reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
i found that tea and coffee facilities were provided in the room , however , there were no biscuits available.

solid stay just outside city center
friendly staff excellent breakfast convenient bus
I found the staff very helpful and friendly . the restaurant was a real highlight for me. The breakfast was excellent, and i had a couple of evening meals there as well. the bus stop nearby made visiting the city very convenient. It was just a short ride into town.
the room door wasn't soundproof, so i could hear every time someone passed by outside.

my room featured a huge superking comfortable bed. it was very clean, and i had no complaints whatsoever. i also found the bathroom to be modern with good amenities.

guest use steam room excessive noise staff concern
The pool and steam room were available for guest use.
A party downstairs caused excessive noise our windows vibrated as a result I made two complaints but the staff did not seem concerned it significantly disturbed our stay.
