I felt like having my own city apartment across the street from the reception, even if it required climbing lots of stairs. The room was tiny with the heating on full blast, giving me a headache, but it was fine and had a safe on the floor. The location near Baker Street and Marylebone High Street was perfect for exploring the city on foot and being close to the tube.

I was delighted with the contemporary room that had everything I needed for a short stay, though the steep duplex stairs were potentially hazardous. The service was top-notch; they quickly accommodated a room change and resolved issues with my card. The location was perfect, near the Baker Street tube station, making it convenient for exploring the area. While the dining options were limited and overpriced, the overall experience was pleasant.
