the location WAS superb, near many restaurants, sights, and the train station. the staff were friendly, and the pillows provided were just right. I found the cleanliness of the rooms to be great and the neighborhood felt safe and inviting.

my only minor issue involved the lack of readily available parking on-site, requiring using a nearby facility. This involved navigating tight spaces, a SMALL inconvenience overall.

the location was good enough, close to several metro stations.

I also experienced no hot water for two nights. when i tried to call the front desk about it, the phone wouldn't work. the receptionist only offered a shrug and a sorry. There was no compensation offered.
