The staff was super helpful getting me sorted with parking info! the room was super clean. breakfast service had such a great spread, i was fueled for the whole day exploring! i really appreciated the central location. It was super easy to get around, too!
The bathroom was a tad small. Though it had everything i needed, it felt a bit cramped.

i liked that all basic things a hotel need was available. they all worked good. i don't saw wires hanging. the television can turn on and the channels were set in order. the shower was easy to adjust for temperature and safety book was available.
the staff were very friendly. i stayed midweek with friends but my room was right next to the front entrance. this mean i were disturbed with people going in and out. it was very noisy here. the breakfast were good though.

dated furnituredisproportionate cost
I paid a significant sum for two nights. The room did not entirely match the online pictures. The furniture looked somewhat dated. Its condition was less than ideal. The breakfast cost seemed disproportionate to what was offered. I found similar options elsewhere at a better price.

Acceptable stay

cute staffunclean carpets
The staff was quite cute. They clearly explained all I needed to know upon arrival. The room was super clean. It was positioned very conveniently.
The carpets felt unclean. The room was very stuffy. I did not sleep properly for the two nights I was there. This was due to noise at 4am.

handy locationparking nightmarerude staff
the location was handy with many restaurants nearby.
On arrival, parking was a nightmare and, despite being sold parking permits, there was nowhere to park. the man at the place seemed abrupt. I felt he was rude and uncaring. woken early, i heard staff talking very loudly and shouting outside in the yard below our room. i seriously question the 4 star aa rating.
