The hotel offers a very comfortable and clean stay with lovely room views over the relaxation pool, but the dated decor might not suit everyone's taste. The service is exceptional, especially with the helpful staff member Attia El Saye, yet room accessibility could be improved due to the distance to certain areas. The location is convenient, close to Senzo mall, with a decent variety of food choices, although it could be slightly far from the city center. The dining experience is delightful, providing a good selection of food, especially the tasty desserts. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and cater to guests' needs.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The rooms were above my expectations, very spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the kids' pool. The food selection was very tasty, and the wine was great. However, the floor was dirty with spilled drinks, and the beach was a short bus ride away.

The hotel offers spacious and well-furnished rooms, though some noise from construction works was present. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff always ready to assist. The location is convenient, close to Senzo mall, with a good dining experience offering a variety of food options. However, the cleanliness of the location and some distance from the city center were minor downsides.

Arriving at the hotel, I found the rooms to be very spacious and well-equipped, although there was a slight smoking smell that lingered. The location, although not in the city center, had its perks with the main pool nearby. The dining options were diverse and satisfying, with a selection of fruits, pastries, and even pan-roasted beef tenderloin. The service was overall efficient and helpful, particularly with special thanks to Mr Attia Mazroaa for making us feel special.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very good, offering a wide selection of tasty food and great wine. I had a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The service by all the restaurants, Jazz Bar, and Lobby Bar was outstanding, especially thanks to Asef Ashry, Mohammed Sary, and Attia. However, I found the Front Desk manager to be a bit unfriendly. The location of the hotel is brilliant, with a new menu every night and delicious dessert options. The dining experience was top-notch, with a variety of fruits, vegetables, bread, meats, and cheeses available. The facilities were great too.
