The hotel maintained itself very well. the pool and waterpark ARE excellent. i loved the unlimited access to the waterpark and aquarium. It gave us the luxury of taking our time in exploring the attractions at our own pace.
My child GOT food poisoning there. we ate exclusively at the hotel's restaurants. the hotel has a doctor and clinic on-site. They provided assistance and administered an injection, BUT i had to pay for the medical services.

the housekeeping team did an amazing job. sunil dhimal and td-kamal took great care of my room. the resort grounds are beautifully maintained. the palm pool offered lovely views of the beach and city. the monorail made getting around very convenient. there is a shop in the monorail station that offers drinks and snacks at better prices than the hotel shops.

the rooms were large. the interior design was high quality inside and out. the imperial package was worth its cost as it felt all-inclusive. the food at the imperial lounge was excellent. (i especially enjoyed the desserts!) i had no need to leave because there was a mall and aquarium.
check-in took a very long time, and bringing my car from the valet also took a while. i also found the staff not very supportive during these processes.

the zafron breakfast was wonderful. i was always there between 7:00 and 7:30 am, and the service was constantly attentive. the omelets were delicious, and the variety of fruit was excellent, so i rate it highly.

the hotel provides transport since there are many activities, such as the water slides, water parks, beach, dolphins, lazy river, and others. i spent time at the aquapark every day, and the aquarium must be seen, but i thought the pool and beach towels were worn.

The breakfast was good, but there was a long wait to get in.
Pillows were very soft, almost flat when I laid on them. It reminded me of I was laying directly on the mattress. The room also faced a noisy area. Sleeping soundly was difficult.
