The beach was lovely. The water felt warm, and I loved swimming there. Staff members like Ibrahim at the reception were helpful. He answered every question and was always available.
The pool was a bit small.

I appreciate the clean room I had. Mahmoud kept my room super clean and provided everything I needed. There was a great choice of food at breakfast , lunch , and dinner with themed nights. The main pool was super clean and felt good. I went snorkeling off the beach and saw lots of sea life.
I did notice curtains in the bedroom felt a bit dusty.

The staff consistently provided warm and caring service , showing great kindness. They were really nice too ensure my stay was nice and comfortable , for which I am grateful.

I found the staff were helpful. ibrahim at the front desk was so clever. i visited three themed restaurants. the food was amazing!!! each restaurant had varied options. There was something for everyone.
The pillows in my room felt lumpy. They reminded me of they had been through a tumble drier too many times.

the staff here shows beauty, kindness, empathy, professionalism, and respect. i especially thank ibrahim, who greets everyone with a smile and knows how to treat guests well. i appreciate the hard work of the reception, kitchen, waiters, housekeeping, and beach bar teams.
during my stay, i encountered some sales people at the beauty salon who were a bit too persistent. even with a red flag on my sunbed, they still approached me, slightly annoying.

the main restaurant offered a great variety of dishes. the food was delicious and well-prepared. there was a good selection of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (the egyptian bread at breakfast was great!).

Staff were very helpful and the facilities suited my needs.
I was disappointed by the food. The choices were similar every day, and the food was bland. My room's air conditioning seemed to operate independently. It was difficult to regulate the temperature.
