fantastic staffclean room

The staff were really fantastic. They wanted us to enjoy our holiday and did all they could for us. I had a lovely housekeeper, Ahmed Farag. He cleaned our room really well and always checked that we had everything we needed!!!

the pools were plentiful and there was always a spot to relax. it was something good .

the reception staff didnt listen to my concerns regarding the room. i was told one thing during check-in and its not happening. this made the beginning of our vacation difficult.
