The resort's proximity to both pools and the beach is a great benefit. Staff members are very friendly, particularly at the Sky and Mediterranean restaurants. I found a large variety of food choices ranging from Moroccan tagine to grilled steaks. Asma was helpful in accommodating my family with rooms close to all the facilities.

I found the staff very helpful and always smiling. The food options felt abundant, and I particularly enjoyed the Moroccan restaurant. The beach access included a pier great for snorkeling, I saw many colorful fish and a blue-spotted ray.
Finding available sunbeds near the pool was a challenge at times.

the coffee was very bad. the reception never arranged a taxi to the airport, even after i asked three times. our room flooded the first day, then a wooden board fell on my husband's head.
