every member of staff gave fantastic service. the food was great, a very nice welcome. the rooms were lovely and clean (i found it easy to relax).

the pub within eyesight was quite convenient. the parking was also easy (i always appreciate that). i found the location to be a short walk from the city center.
the room was very small (i almost felt claustrophobic). the toilet was cramped, so it was difficult to use. the walk to reach the room felt very long.

clean room equipped bathroom chocolate bar
The room was clean and nicely presented. The bathroom was large and well equipped. I found a chocolate bar as one of the nice little extras, it was unexpected. There was a recycling bin available, so I could dispose of waste responsibly.
The bed was a bit too firm, it affected my sleep slightly.

varied food clean room helpful staff
the food options were broad and tasty. i discovered new dishes i enjoyed. my room was modern and quite clean. the reception staff stood out, very polite and ready to assist. heather even helped me by letting me use a fridge temporarily.
the walk to the car park took about seven minutes. it was fine when dry, but less pleasant during a storm. i would have appreciated a box of tissues in the room.

the fitness area features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also a swimming pool. the pool area offers twenty loungers and a shaded area, providing options for both sunbathing and relaxation, and a locker room.

the breakfast buffet includes a variety of hot and cold options. you can find cereals, pastries, fruit, and yogurts. hot items include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and grilled tomatoes. vegan options are available upon request.

Excellent Amenities and Polite Staff!
quick response amazing staff excellent food delicious dinner
The onsite responses from the staff were quick and efficient. Lovejeet was amazing and met all our needs, especially with tech issues. She even loaned us a laptop. The food was AMAZING!!! The pre-event dinner was delicious and beautifully presented.
The room got very warm. Only a fan regulated the temperature.
