Fantastic Stay Experience
superior room friendly staff wide variety
I got upgraded to a superior king room that seemed recently renovated, good. All staff members were very helpful and cute. Dinner in the restaurant was quite nice, and breakfast had a wide variety of options (a real treat!). I must say, the staff are kind and helpful.
The sound insulation in the rooms could be improved.

The room included controlled bathroom lights from the bedside and a night light for convenience. The space was decorated well and maintained, with a very comfortable bed ensuring a restful night. Plenty of storage was available.

Free parking was available to all guests, made arrival and departure simple. The hotel had ponds directly outside the front, with nesting Geese and other wildfowl. These geese even have provided nest 'boxes'.

The staff demonstrated really good care from check-in to departure. A complimentary cookie welcomed guests. A text message after check-in confirmed satisfaction, demonstrating attention to guest needs. Lift access was easy, and staff were very attentive.

Breakfast provided a full variety of choices with kind waitresses attending to needs. The menu included good vegan options, showing consideration for dietary preferences. The hotel provided two courses from the Table d'Hote.

Public transport hubs (tram and bus) were essential for me as a non-driver to reach the venue. The location is set back from the main road. Some shops and restaurants are a short drive away.

i enjoyed the big, clean room . the car park was convenient. breakfast offered a nice variety. i found the overall ambiance quite pleasant.
the lifts seemed a little clunky and may need some maintenance attention.

fantastic hotel stay!
excellent staff nice touch
the staff was excellent, and check-in was super fast. i found a dog bed and bowl in my room, such a nice touch! dinner and breakfast were great too, i really enjoyed the food!!!

The parking spaces were plentiful upon arrival. I found the room big, equipped fully. A warm cookie at reception brought a sweet touch after the drive. A petrol station offered affordable fuel nearby.
Sound did not proof well in my room.
