the hotel included breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner in the price. all were generous and excellent. furnishings were chic traditional style. this style is a welcome change in a hotel.
the room was tiny, it lacked a phone to call reception. the shower was tiny and pouring strangely. the power went out while i was showering.

I found the location excellent as it is near the Opera House, cruise terminals, city hall, and fortress. The breakfast provided was very good with fresh options. The room was comfortable and met my needs .
The room showed some wear, indicating it could use some updates, but it remained clean.

The location proved convenient, close to many attractions. the hotel included both breakfast and dinner. This was a definite advantage. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
the room i stayed in showed visible signs of wear. the refrigerator only functioned when the electricity was active. the dinner offered at the hotel was of a lower standard than expected.

i found the staff FRIENDLY. I loved that both breakfast and dinner were part of the accommodation package. There was a wide variety of food, including a lot of produce. It was easy to eat healthy and find something tasty.
safes in the rooms was TO BE in order but were purposely made unusable.

this hotel WAS conveniently located near the opera house and the port. the hotel was in A central location, but it was on a quiet road. the central station was really close, which made travel EASY.

the location was certainly convenient..
The room itself was quite disappointing. a picture covered a hole in the wall, and the fridge seemed to be held together with tape. paint peeled off the skirting boards. I ended up paying extra for a larger room because the standard one could not accommodate my suitcase.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

small roomoily fish
the room was small and it lacked a phone, i could not contact reception. the shower was also tiny and the water pressure was not good. plus, the power went out while i was showering which really ruined the experience. the dinner also disappointed me, the potatoes was undercooked and the fish was oily.
