Really good Stay
prime location fresh breakfast comfortable room
I found the location excellent as it is near the Opera House, cruise terminals, city hall, and fortress. The breakfast provided was very good with fresh options. The room was comfortable and met my needs .
The room showed some wear, indicating it could use some updates, but it remained clean.

i found the staff FRIENDLY. I loved that both breakfast and dinner were part of the accommodation package. There was a wide variety of food, including a lot of produce. It was easy to eat healthy and find something tasty.
safes in the rooms was TO BE in order but were purposely made unusable.

my room included A comfortable bed and it was clean. I had a big window into the atrium. The bathroom had floor heating and included a bathtub, which i found really nice.

this hotel WAS conveniently located near the opera house and the port. the hotel was in A central location, but it was on a quiet road. the central station was really close, made travel EASY.

The breakfast offered a great CHOICE. there was fresh bread each day as part of the breakfast. dinner was also provided. I really enjoyed the salad selection and main dishes. the included meals were a great bonus.

quick check-in convenient location
i was happy the hotel was super close to the central train station. check-in was quick i was expecting to store my luggage, yet my room was ready was great.

acceptable stay, some issues
damaged fridge peeling paint
the location was certainly convenient..
The room itself was quite disappointing. a picture covered a hole in the wall, and the fridge seemed to be held together with tape. paint peeled off the skirting boards. I ended up paying extra for a larger room because the standard one could not accommodate my suitcase.
