The location was very convenient for accessing city attractions. My room included two double beds. Staff members were polite and helpful during check-in, specifically the receptionist I encountered. I found the beds to be very comfortable, ensuring a good rest.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the city center. I also noticed the nearby Albert Dock attraction, with an easy access to its shops and bars. This central position made exploring the area simple.

The location was convenient for exploring the area on foot.
The room had some issues. A couple of sockets did not work, difficult to position the fans effectively. There were only two towels provided for a three-day stay. I had to ask for more.

The room was large, indeed. The decor presented a nice aesthetic. I found the beds provided great comfort.
The TV had a haze when turned on, though I could fix it with a few button presses.

The room did have a slight issue with the television. The screen had a distracting pink tint. it was like watching everything through rose-colored glasses, though not in a good way. also, , a fire alarm went off because of the air conditioning unit on the roof, apparently. the staff didn't really communicate with us during the whole ordeal! which lasted almost two hours.

location are great for public transport. the train station is nearby. staff were very helpful when i requested more milk. the rooms was spacious and shower was powerful.
air conditioning wasn't working . it was a very hot period. the hotel provided a fan. also, only one bedside plug available. the toilet roll was cheap, i think.
