Hotel du Vin Birmingham commonly impresses guests with its spacious rooms and bathrooms, and many find its decor gorgeous. The bar stands out as a pleasant area, and some guests particularly enjoyed a fabulous meal in the restaurant; however, a few found the bar poorly stocked. Conveniently located within walking distance of New Street station, the hotel offers a good balance for those wanting to be in the city.

Acceptable stay, some drawbacks

comfortable bed rain head breakfast standard scaffolding presence
The hotel was lovely. It was clean. The bed was large and comfortable, i had the best sleep in a long time. A good rain head shower was present.
We were not. It was right outside our bedroom window. I would have asked to be moved if I had known about this. Breakfast was very disappointing and not up to standard.

The room i stayed in looked worn. The carpet REALLY needed cleaning, though it was vacuumed. The curtains DID NOT work properly and needed attention. ONE bottle of water was provided, even though TWO people were staying there.
