Hotel Belmira Casa Boutique offers a charming escape just a short boat ride from Cartagena. The beach access is convenient, with various options to enjoy the sun, though some areas may get crowded. However, swimming directly in front of the hotel isn't really an option, and if you're seeking a 5-star resort experience, this may not be the place for you.
