My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations with its comfortable and clean rooms and the friendly staff. However, there were some disappointments in terms of the dining options. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room I booked had a charming balcony overlooking the bustling Getsemani neighborhood. It was mostly quiet, except for some noise from the nearby bar on weekends and early morning chatters from the cleaning staff. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to the friendly front desk staff, like Christian Cabrales. The location was vibrant, full of colors, urban art, and friendly locals, making it a delightful area to explore. The dining experience was good, with a highlight on the fresh fruits. Overall, a nice place to stay with a few minor inconveniences.

The hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to the walled city center, and close to a vibrant plaza with plenty of dining and nightlife options. The rooms are clean and decent, but some may have a damp and musty smell. The service is friendly and helpful, with notable staff like Christina who excels in recommendations. The dining experience is average, with room for improvement. The hotel's location offers a good balance between being central yet relaxed, catering more to a backpacker crowd. The pool area on the rooftop provides a nice view and relaxation spot.
