My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooftop suite I stayed in had a weird smell due to the lack of windows, and there was hair in the shower and sink, which was quite off-putting. However, the room did have good air conditioning and an interesting yet simple tropical decor that I liked. The location was spot-on, right on 5th Avenue, though there were some noise disturbances from the bustling tourist activity. The dining experience at the adjacent restaurant was delightful, and the service, although not uniformly polite, had a standout friendly face in Cesar. Overall, a stay with some hitches but with memorable moments.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was ideal, right in the heart of Quinta Avenida with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. However, the noise from the street could be bothersome at times. The dining experience was satisfactory, but the breakfast was quite basic. Overall, a delightful stay.
