Staying in the sundeck suite on the second floor was small but perfect for our needs. The room was delightful and a wonderful way to meet fellow travelers and compare notes on sites to see and places to eat. The hotel staff is incredibly attentive and helpful with city recommendations, adding character and professionalism to the overall experience. The location is simply the best, near to all of the most interesting things in Old San Juan. The dining experience, although simple, was quite good. The hotel's facilities, including quiet seating areas, a hot tub, and two baths, add to the true Puerto Rican style atmosphere.
