the staff gave me a bigger room when i requested a room change and they moved my luggage. the staff was kind. its position on ocean drive is excellent. i also appreciated using the hotel's bikes to explore. i could check out later which was very convenient.
i did notice some minor wear and tear in the bathroom it was nothing major but slightly noticeable

the staff at the front desk were helpful. easy beach access was available within a few steps.. i found beach chairs and towels readily available. it definitely.
the room cleaning was not great. on two days, they didn't clean the room by 5:30 p.m. i returned to shower and get ready for dinner.
