wonderful stay!

inviting reception excellent breakfast comfy beds

i found the reception area very inviting, with plenty of seating available. the staff was so lovely. breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. i appreciated the super comfy beds, crisp clean bedding, and the warm room, so relaxing after a busy day.

the bathtub had been painted badly, and the paint had started flaking away.

Really good Stay!

efficient staff spacious room

The building is grand with a rich history. My room was well-appointed and VERY spacious. The ambience was lovely, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I was happy to see the ongoing refurbishment of a tasteful nature. It's fantastic that such a beautiful building is being restored!

I found the executive double room to be well-appointed with a brand new interior. the breakfast offered a decent buffet with cooked options as well as continental choices. the staff was very helpful. They gave me all the information i needed without me even asking any questions.

the gym equipment had signs of wear and needs to be updated.

The hotel's location near the train station proved very convenient. I appreciated the friendly staff, who gave helpful information at check-in. The room contained an iron and hairdryer.. things that are useful when traveling. The cooked breakfast was both filling and delicious.

Staff members were consistently friendly and provided prompt assistance with requests. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably. They changed towels and sheets daily. The reception desk operated 24 hours. Staff quickly addressed any concerns.

The staff was friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast to be quite nice, with a good selection of dishes. the location is very central. It is just minutes from the railway station.

My room lacked air conditioning, and there was no fan supplied on a hot day! the windows only opened a small amount. The sink was too small, and water splashed everywhere.
