the breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice and the coffee was delicious. i got a free drinks token because i was celebrating, it was a lovely gift!
the bedroom was quite dated and not comfortable! very noisy cleaners were in the next room from 8am. the room was like a basic room.

I appreciated the efficient check-in and the well-prepared room. It was a smooth start. Breakfast offered a self-service setup that i found to be excellent. Staff were super friendly, especially at breakfast, and the bed was very comfy.

The reception process was smooth and efficient, and the room was nicely prepared. breakfast offered a self-service format and demonstrated excellent quality. the hotel's location near several restaurants adds convenience. the staff at breakfast were especially friendly. I found that very helpful.
The car park entrance was briefly obstructed. A delivery van caused a slight delay in parking. i had to wait a short time before being able to enter, but it was resolved quickly.

i found car charger points very useful. the team at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast excellent, with plenty of choice. the hotel has a good location near the marina.
I noticed the carpets in the corridors and rooms could use a deep clean. There was a visible stain on the carpet in my room, i found it slightly off-putting.
