The location offered great access to the train station. the room was well-equipped. the breakfast had good variety. I found tasty options.
The car parking fee seemed quite high. i waited for my final bill, but it never arrived. the restaurant seemed overpriced for dinner. The value was not great.

the hotel has a great location next to the canal. the beds were very comfy. i enjoyed my stay (the sky lounge was awesome).
the heating system did not work too well. it would get warm then cold, so nighttime was not great. getting fresh milk and sugar was very slow. this was quite disappointing for a hotel of its reputation.

I enjoyed a warm welcome with fresh cookies upon arrival. The room given overlooked the canal and provided a charming view. We found some excellent bars right next to the hotel, so it was very convenient. The Sky Lounge was amazing with a cocktail tree. The drinks were delicious.

The range of breakfast options were really good each morning. I could even order from a menu, so I didn't need to stick to the buffet. Views of canal boats are visible while you eat.
