surprisingly good stay

lovely staff really good comfort convenient walk available parking
the staff were lovely! i found the room to be a great size, and the beds provided really good comfort. the location is amazing, offering a short, convenient walk into the city center. plus, the availability of parking underneath the hotel added to the ease of my stay.
the lighting in the room was not great. it made it difficult to properly see in certain areas. otherwise, i had no serious complaints about the room itself.
Rooms

the room included a comfortable bed and a large television. complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits were also provided, alongside bottled water upon arrival, and you can request refills either at reception or from the cleaning staff, convenient.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues

missing shower caps disruptive noises
The breakfast offered a nice buffet selection.
The room lacked some basic amenities, such as shower caps. I experienced disruptive noises late at night (around 11 PM), sounding like furniture was being moved above me (it was very late!). I usually request higher floors, so this lower floor stay wasn't as good (a disappointing experience).

adequate stay

clean room good facilities auto checkout lift service
the room was very clean with good facilities.
The auto checkout did not function, so i had to visit the counter. one of the lifts was out of service. I had to carry my suitcase down four flights of stairs after waiting twenty minutes for a lift. cocktails were overpriced, in my opinion.
