clean and modern stay

tidy room convenient location contactless system

the hotel room was very tidy and a perfect size for my needs. the location was convenient, it was clean. the contactless system functioned effectively, however a 24/7 desk was available if needed. i only spoke to them when checking out and they were friendly.

The rooms were really small. The toilet and shower were awkwardly positioned. it made using the facilities a bit difficult and cramped. i hope they improve this layout in future designs.

The location is great. Various food shops are nearby, and walking around the area is enjoyable. st paul's tram station offers convenient access into the city. It is only a short walk down the hill. many amenities, restaurants, and parks are nearby.

The shower was nice, and i liked the bathroom. The bed was clean. the room featured lights and temperature controls accessible from an ipad. a window offered a view of the sunrise, which i liked a lot.

The staff were approachable, helpful, and child-friendly. Luca explained everything i needed to know. he even recommended restaurants and bars. the staff welcomed me when i entered. They were all fantastic with really good service.

tech overload slippery bathroom

look, i am no luddite but the tech was a tad much. i mean, controlling everything with my phone? it felt more like an escape room than a hotel. the bathroom, a 'wet room' they called it, was like a slip-n-slide after a shower, not ideal. i nearly took out my travel companion.

roomy area quick assistance comfy bed clean room

the superior double room was roomy and had a nice kitchen area. HOTEL staff assisted quickly with a room key when its battery died. the bed was comfy and the room was really clean. Location was great in the jewellery quarter.

the suite featured bloc app access for virtual functionality. its design was minimalist, yet it provided all necessities. the suite was particularly suited for longer stays with extra space and additional facilities.
