nice lobby nice staff weak aircon indoor temperature
The lobby was very nice, its design was modern. The staff were nice people working there. I found the hotel clean and neat, which I appreciated.
The air con did not really work. The hotel had a temperature of 25.4 Celsius indoors. It was tough to really get the room cool.

the hotel's refurnishing impressed me greatly. I appreciated the breakfast having a very good selection. its location allowed for easy walks to major sites. friendly staff was always ready to assist.
during check-in, i experienced a delay of approximately one hour. it was quite disappointing after a long journey. there was a queue and the wait affected my initial impression.
