the staff were friendly and helpful (i appreciated that). my room was spacious and well presented. i found the location of the hotel easy to find with ample parking.

the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. the thermostat showed 24 degrees, but it never cooled down. this.

a decent stay

i found the staff friendly, a positive aspect. the hotel provided direct access from the parking garage up to the room, a real bonus for us with bikes and luggage.

the room's air conditioning did not perform well. it limited our comfort during some hot days as it would not go below 24 degrees. they read us the instructions and later suggested the thermostat was inaccurate.

the breakfast was good , with a varied selection.

the room walls were very thin. i could hear a lot of noise from outside and from the other rooms. the window was not sealed properly , so i could feel a draft. it was difficult to sleep because of the noise and the cold air.

the evening reception staff seemed very rude. i found her dismissive and unpleasant and it ruined my experience. the wifi connection was also very poor.

the staff were helpful. the breakfast was fantastic with great variety. i really liked the sparkling water fountain available on my floor.

i had to wait to check in, as the receptionist was busy. i arrived late and felt tired. it took about twenty minutes.

the receptionist was friendly and helpful. i found my superior room wonderfully spacious. having the option to enjoy a coffee in the lobby upon my return each evening was nice.

the location requires walking up a hill. this is quite steep, especially after a long day.
