Underwhelming Stay. Small Issues Detracted From the Experience

The front desk seemed indifferent, and I didn't feel very welcome. I noticed the room lacked basic amenities. The lighting was dim and hard to adjust, and a few spots on the carpet needed better cleaning. I was also bothered by noise from nearby rooms, and the walls felt a little thin. The breakfast was ordinary, the scrambled eggs seemed dry. There were no unique local items on offer.

the hotel allowed us to check in early, a real gift. the gym had good amenities and an indoor pool, which i visited with my wife. we loved the pool. but the service was also excellent!

the absence of certain toiletries was a small issue. shower gel and shampoo were in dispensers, not individual bottles. we also had trouble getting the invoice sent to my email. it would have used an old email address. this was frustrating
