spacious room wide variety secure parking
I found the room quite spacious, a superior king room actually had plenty of room to move around. the breakfast was fantastic, there was a wide variety of options and the quality was high. i appreciated the availability of underground parking. It felt secure for my vehicle.
the gym had a small fee for each use, it was unexpected though understandable.

the room was a superior double room and very clean. the breakfast offered many choices. the staff was helpful with directions to local transport. the hotel provides a metro card .
the parking fee was unexpectedly high.

the hotel is located near the metro station. the metro provides easy access to the city center. this makes traveling around the city very convenient and efficient for seeing local sights.

unhelpful staff long queue
The room was clean. Showers were good.
I found the reception staff UNHELPFUL. Check-in took 25 minutes. There was only one person at the desk with a long queue behind me. I asked for a burger in the bar to watch football, but it was 'impossible', as burgers are only available in the restaurant. The restaurant is right next to the bar.

fantastic stay
helpful staff comfortable bed light duvet
The staff were very helpful and pleasant . the location is great. i loved the comfortable bed and cotton sheets. The light duvet kept me very warm. overall, it was a solid comfort .

the hotel featured a spa swimming pool next door, accessible for an additional fee. the spa was well designed and busy, functioning more as a gym spa than a relaxing quiet space. i did see that the gym included several machines.

the staff was great, especially the receptionist who assisted with check-in. breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of options and quality choices. they were very helpful and fulfilled every request, proving themselves to be complete professionals.

The rooms were bright and airy, equipped with comfortable beds. the room was super clean and cozy with a great shower. i found the bed very comfortable with light, warm bedding and quality cotton sheets. It was the best i had during my trip!!!
