harsh lighting bedside switch
the location was acceptable.
the lighting in the bathroom felt harsh because it had a fixed cold white light. warm accent lights above the twin sinks would be beneficial (i think) and autonomous bedside light switches would also improve the room.

The hotel location proved convenient. Breakfast included a generous buffet with a variety of foods. The room included its own air-conditioning unit. This was a HUGE plus. Friendly staff provided excellent service .
The music playing in the corridors at all hours was audible inside my room. This small detail affected my otherwise great experience.

The hotel is close to the ferry from Somo. I found many places to eat nearby. The hotel is also near a park and the promenade.

excellent cafes helpful staff beautiful decorations
The hotel has a great location. I found several excellent cafes very close by. The staff stored my luggage before check-in. This was really helpful. The building has beautiful decorations. I appreciated this attention to detail.
The hand soap bottle above the basin was empty. I had to use shower gel to avoid inconvenience.
