central location easy access organised hotel misleading photograph reluctant staff expensive parking
i found the location to be quite central. it allowed easy access to tourist sites. the hotel was well organised , and i appreciated the unobtrusive staff.
some photographs i saw on the hotel website seemed misleading.

adequate but underwhelming
heating problem constant noise
the room was clean upon my arrival which i suppose is the bare minimum one expects.
The air conditioning only heated. This was a real problem. the hotel claimed it was due to the cold weather outside, but it was actually 20 degrees outside. the room faced the sun, so i had to sleep with the windows open and street noise became a constant companion.

the location was acceptable it was close to the river.
the air conditioning did not work in the room. the temperature was uncomfortable. a fan was delivered, but it just blew hot air around. it didn't help at all.
