charmed by the services and location
great breakfast friendly staff clean hotel
breakfast was charming. the cocktails were great. the staff was friendly! i found the staff quite cute and helpful. the hotel was super clean and cozy for me.
I found the air conditioning insufficient. It did not overcome the sun. they brought a small fan cooler machine. this did little to reduce the heat in the bedroom of the suite.

The beds are really nice. The room had a good storage area. i found the cleaning staff superb. They always ensured the room was super clean and well-organized. plus, the hotel offered complimentary water in the room.

easy control room temperature see-through door bathroom door
the room temperature was easy to control, good.
I was not impressed with the sliding bathroom door. It was see-through. there was no point to the door and offered no privacy.

feeble apology small fan
the room was modern and spacious so i guess it was acceptable.
the air conditioning barely worked a small fan was brought but it shut off with the lights at night so sleeping was nearly impossible i had multiple conversations with staff but it didn't resolve the issue the champagne was a feeble apology too.

clean pool friendly staff
I loved the big, clean pool. It was perfect for a refreshing dip!!! towels were readily available. the breakfast selection was amazing too!!! the staff were so friendly and always willing to help with a smile. parking underground was very convenient.
the gym was available but had an extra fee. i think access should be included in the room price. it would definitely improve the overall experience.

Wonderful stay and friendly service
comfortable beds nice furnishings friendly staff
The check in staff were very friendly. I found my room amazing with effective air conditioning and comfortable beds. The quiet atmosphere and unexpected balcony delighted me. The room also featured very nice furnishings. The hotel also is located walking distance to the beach. I also enjoyed many nice restaurants nearby.
I noticed there was no bar of soap and tissues were unavailable in my beautiful room. I expected a higher standard for the price I paid per night. This issue should be corrected to improve guest satisfaction. More attention could be paid to those details.
