the team welcomed us with gifts for the children upon arrival and again later. the staff displayed a willingness to help with every request. i found the location great for walking into the heart of the city.. shops, restaurants, and the historic square were all easily accessible. the private underground parking provided convenience, despite the initial code entry process.

my room had a slightly odd shape, made the space feel a little less practical than expected.

the team were extremly cute, it seemed like a warm embrace. the location, it felt, were cozy and safe. the breakfast, it were very good and filld my heart with sunshine.

the airco in my room were broken, leaving a hot night air. the lady at check-out, told me that she could not do anything for me. i heard no more from the hotel about it, and my heart grieved.

i found that the air conditioning wasn't working properly. this made the room uncomfortably warm. the staff gave me a fan, it only circulated hot air. the window didn't open, i slept terribly. the lady at checkout said she couldn't do anything because her manager wasn't there, and i never heard back.
