Really good Service and Prime Location
welcome gifts special staff convenient parking accessible location
the team welcomed us with gifts for the children upon arrival and again later. the staff displayed a willingness to help with every request. i found the location great for walking into the heart of the city.. shops, restaurants, and the historic square were all easily accessible. the private underground parking provided convenience, despite the initial code entry process.
my room had a slightly odd shape, made the space feel a little less practical than expected.
Facilities
9/10
private underground parking exists, requiring a code for entry, a secure option. outdoor spaces accommodate breakfast and the bar.. no designated non-smoking area exists. the rooms feature windows that allow for a clear view from any point.
Location
10/10
the hotel is very well situated in the center, allowing convenient access. the location is perfect as everything is within a short walk from the hotel. this makes exploring the surrounding area simple and enjoyable, while it is very centrally located
Dining
9/10
the hotel has a bar offering free drinks, an excellent and welcome amenity. many local dining options exist near the hotel, providing lots of choice. although, i did not have breakfast at the hotel, many seemed to enjoy it.

service issues overshadowed stay
poor service safe deposit
the room was spacious enough.
the service was a real letdown. i had an issue with my safe. the hotel refused to contact the bank to release my deposit, so i have to wait 21 days to get my money back. i expected better service.

decent location, problems with the room
broken airco terrible service
i found that the air conditioning wasn't working properly. this made the room uncomfortably warm. the staff gave me a fan, it only circulated hot air. the window didn't open, i slept terribly. the lady at checkout said she couldn't do anything because her manager wasn't there, and i never heard back.

local restaurants prime location rainfall shower
I was thrilled with the staff's suggestions for local restaurants! they really knew their stuff, and i discovered some amazing places. The room had a big bathroom with a large shower. the rainfall shower head. Plus the location was prime, it was close to the city center!
the elevator was a bit slow, it made me a little impatient.
