the room was spacious it included a mini-kitchen with a refrigerator. breakfast was decent with a good selection of vegetables. staff pointed out i overpaid and refunded the difference.
the parking was very tight it might not suit everyone.

the staff gave instructions regarding the parking garage. i could drive straight to the on site parking. the location allowed an easy walk into town along the canal. the location allowed an easy walk to the train station too.
the shower was quite small. it was impossible to keep the curtain from sticking to me. the water pressure was minimal, i did not enjoy it after a long travel.

the lady at the front desk helped us a lot breakfast included a great selection the apartment kitchen was stocked for simple meals dinner at the restaurant was very good the bus lines were right outside of the hotel. i spent six days here it was a great stay the cute manager quickly found a room the room looked exactly like the photos a guidebook was available to use. melissa was always ready to help and gave good advice sandra helped me make a train reservation and followed up with the train itinerary email
i found the sofa and beds were very uncomfortable housekeeping came a bit too early in the morning

Decent Stay, Some Minor Issues

The parking area felt quite cramped (definitely not for larger vehicles). I also found the breakfast selection rather uninspired. The staff did not seem particularly proactive in replenishing items. The room also lacked sufficient soundproofing, as I could hear street noise quite easily at night. It was not very disrupting, but I did notice it.

the staff changed our room. this provided a walk-in shower for my wife with ease. they also changed our parking space to improve access to the hotel. the staff were very polite. the room had facilities for cooking your own food if you wanted.

the hotel is about 15 minutes by foot to the center. buses to the main train station are easily accessible, with a stop near the hotel. the area is quiet. it is a good hotel for tourists.

the woman at reception was helpful . the staff solved problems efficiently. staff addressed specific requests. they provided access via code we entered into a lockbox right there. there was also private parking at the rear of hotel.

breakfast was delicious. it was complete with both cold and hot dishes. the hotel has an internal restaurant. breakfasts were plentiful, good quality and tasty. i think it is worth paying for.
