Hotel Marcel enjoys a superb location next to the main square, with some rooms, like room 34, offering outstanding views of the clock tower. The Christmas markets and shops are also within close proximity. Many guests appreciated the plentiful and yummy breakfast, while others have pointed out that the modern room design, featuring a glass box for the shower and toilet, might feel cramped with luggage. You can also enjoy convenient parking in a garage near the hotel.

the room was quite small, and i found the glass partition for the bathroom lacking in privacy (a bit awkward, really). also, the tv had a complicated setup requiring personal streaming platforms.

Central Location, Compact Space

clear instructionscomfortable roomhelpful staff
They gave clear instructions with pictures, for access to the hotel and room because I arrived late. The room was super clean and cozy. Luggage storage before and after check-in exists, but staff provided a suitable alternative when the service wasn't available.
The glass-walled bathroom lacked privacy.

This location rocks, it sits super close to the main square. Breakfast, oh my gosh, was so plentiful and yummy! I am talking awesome start to the day.
My room felt tiny, at least for three people. Because the reception closes during the night, it felt tricky to address a noise issues on the upper floor. This bummed me out a little.

Excellent Location and Breakfast

My room was on the third floor. It featured a bathroom behind a door. Rooms have the sink in the main area with a separate shower and toilet. The bed was comfortable, and there was ample space to move around. The breakfast selection had good variety, and a waffle maker provided a nice addition.
The room was a bit small for three people.
