The provided towels were plentiful. The front-office staff exhibited warmth. I found every staff member engaging. The staff showed superior care toward returning guests. The hotel also sits very close to a sizable shopping mall offering great convenience.

The carpet showed stains, and this detracted slightly from the otherwise clean appearance, though the room was acceptable.

The hotel's location is convenient. It is close to the train station. Breakfast was good. Staff secured my luggage. I was given a room upgrade .

I found the bathroom smaller than expected. The bathtub was high, and this raised a concern about the potential risk of slipping. Windows did not open so I had no fresh air.

the location was amazing, directly opposite the train station! it made getting around so easy. check-in and check-out were fast, a real plus after a long journey.

i found the wine selection at the bar quite limited. considering the hotel is located in france, i was expecting a wider, more excellent variety.

the location is convenient as it is near the train station. the room was spacious and clean. staff members were generally polite and efficient. a large number of towels were available.

I struggled to find my way into the hotel from the car park as it was not well signposted. the breakfast was a let down with a very limited selection. I have had better at a hampton inn. the barman on the night i visited was not very friendly, i seemed like i was putting him out asking him for drinks.

the hotel's location was very convenient. it was just opposite the train station. the room cleaning was also done well, i noticed.

i had some issues with the bar. it looked nice, though i found the style was prioritized over comfort. i thought the choice of wine was poor, especially considering the location. the breakfast also wasn't the best. i felt the staff needed better training, particularly on how to manage the bain marie. it was overfilled with water and made it hard to get food.
