Really good City Center Stay
helpful staff good room size super shower
The staff greeted me warmly. My room was a good size. It included a super shower. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and the city center (maybe 10 minutes to the station). I appreciated the great breakfast selection.
I would have liked a bath in the room.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offered easy access. It's a short walk to the Gare. The team resolved minor issues promptly (for example, a loose door handle). I also noted the local craft beers on tap at the bar.
Rooms
9/10
The bedroom was perfect for my stay. The bed was comfortable. There was enough space and the bathroom was lovely. The room was quiet despite the central location. I found the L'Occitane toiletries to be of good quality.

falling tile dirty areas
I found the hotel easy to find. The check in was friendly and the room was quiet. It had good aircon, important in summer.
The bathroom tile was falling off the tub skirt! The AC was non-working, so there was no air movement, and I thought the common areas were dirty.

superb experience
comfortable bed great breakfast central location free drink
The room had everything I needed, AND the shower was very good. the breakfast had a great selection. I found something i liked. the location is central, so i walked everywhere easily. i got a free drink each evening because i did not have my linens replaced daily. It was a nice surprise.
I did notice the car parking required unloading in the street. This was not ideal.
