great location, friendly staff
central location helpful staff comfortable bed clean condition
the location was central. the staff were very helpful (they gave good recommendations). the room was clean and the bed comfortable. i appreciated the spotlessly clean condition.
the bathroom step was easy to trip on.

the hotel is just around the corner from the main square. i found it easy to walk to a shopping center that was only 5 minutes away. the hotel provides lateral views of the stock exchange building.

The hotel's location was acceptable (it was close to many attractions).
The room was small and tired. The furniture looked old and unattractive. there was no free water provided, which I found disappointing.

Adequate stay, some drawbacks.
dated room sewage odour
The room felt somewhat dated. I could not fully open the bathroom door because it hit the bed. The odour from the shower was unpleasant. It smelled like sewage all weekend despite using the shower. the hotel advertises refillable bottles but there was none in my room.

central location nice view nice staff small room bad bathroom design difficult shower access
the hotel is very close to the city center, and , made exploring easy. i had a good view from my balcony, which i appreciated. the reception staff was nice, so i felt welcomed.
our room was quite small, and the bathroom was not designed well. it was difficult to get into the shower, and i think someone with disabilities would have a very hard time. the bathroom door also couldn't open all the way because it hit the bed.

totally central location. woah!
central location friendly team comfy bed
the central location was a huge win for getting around the city. the reception team was super friendly and gave great tips on where to go. i found the room clean. the bed was so comfy. breakfast had a great selection of food, and they kept it fully stocked. how cool is that!
the street outside got kinda noisy at night, mostly because of the bars nearby. it wasn't a huge deal, but i definitely needed earplugs to sleep well. i wish they could do something to reduce the noise level a bit.

The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I slept like a log. there were also juliet balconies in both the bedroom and bathroom, facing the clocktower. So pretty!

The buffet breakfast included a good selection of food that was regularly replenished, so there was always something fresh. the breakfast area was comfortable with enough tables. fresh options were available daily. I was impressed

the reception staff were kind and polite, even providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants. they responded quickly to any questions i had prior to my arrival, which i really appreciated. overall, the service was totally helpful!

the hotel's location is super central. they also allowed me to leave my luggage for six hours after check-out, a major help. perfect!

Excellent Central Stay!
friendly staff delicious yogurt
The staff was helpful and friendly. I could easily walk to the shopping center, only five minutes away. The yogurt offered for the fruit at breakfast was thick and creamy. I found this quite delicious. I look forward to returning.
My room had a small bathroom with a poor design. I think it would be impossible to use for someone with a disability. The bathroom door could not fully open because it hit the bed.

The hotel location is near the city center, I found it quiet and secluded. It is a brief walk to the shops and restaurants in the old part of town. The Grand Place is also a short distance.
