the breakfast options provided a satisfactory start to the day.

The air conditioning unit in my room made An excessive AMOUNT of noise. it proved quite distracting, ESPECIALLY during the night. the gym equipment needs maintenance. I found one of the treadmills out of service.

friendly staff great price spacious room

I appreciated the super friendly staff. They arranged transportation to the airport at a great price and gave us a breakfast box. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel offers a tuktuk service to the main road, very helpful with luggage.

I noticed the bathroom ventilation could be improved. It's a small detail though.

The breakfast buffet offered many selections and was delicious. my room was roomy, a welcome retreat after a long day. the shuttle service to nearby attractions was a huge convenience. It saved time and made exploring much easier.

i found that the bathroom sink drained quite slowly, a minor inconvenience but noticeable.

The breakfast had sufficient variety. The pool was also clean.

The air conditioning in my room barely cooled at all. I complained to the front desk, but I was told no other rooms were available. The lack of cold air. I felt quite disappointed.
