The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I received enough water bottles every day. The hotel's location made getting around easy.

The traffic noise was very loud. The soundproofing was insufficient. I had trouble sleeping because of the street sounds.

The staff permitted an early check-in which i liked. The hotel allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout while i had a quick meal (very convenient!).

The room was VERY outdated. the furniture seemed old and worn. It gave off a musty smell. i found the bathroom needed work too. overall, the hotel definitely needs a refresh.

The hotel's location is very convenient. I could easily access both the BTS Asok station and MRT Sukhumvit station. The rooftop pool was a great feature (I enjoyed the city views).

The gym was not excellent. The equipment seemed old, and it lacked variety. My room overlooked the main entrance, and it was quite noisy. The lighting behind the bed flickered annoyingly.
