Acceptable stay with issues
loose flooring worn furniture
The hotel offers a good location for transportation links.
The room I received was not up to standard. The wooden flooring near the bathroom was loose. The furniture looked quite worn and the bathroom curtain did not fully close. I had to report this .

friendly staff clean room easy location
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I received enough water bottles every day. The hotel's location made getting around easy.
The traffic noise was very loud. The soundproofing was insufficient. I had trouble sleeping because of the street sounds.

The staff permitted an early check-in which i liked. The hotel allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout while i had a quick meal (very convenient!).

acceptable location, disappointing room
worn furniture musty smell
the location was fine. i could easily walk to the BTS.
The room was VERY outdated. the furniture seemed old and worn. It gave off a musty smell. i found the bathroom needed work too. overall, the hotel definitely needs a refresh.

convenient location rooftop pool city views old equipment noisy room flickering lighting
The hotel's location is very convenient. I could easily access both the BTS Asok station and MRT Sukhumvit station. The rooftop pool was a great feature (I enjoyed the city views).
The gym was not excellent. The equipment seemed old, and it lacked variety. My room overlooked the main entrance, and it was quite noisy. The lighting behind the bed flickered annoyingly.
