this hotel always became my family destination because the staffs are nice. i specially remember kitt, ken and top, though i wish i wrote more names. they welcome us every time, and i feel like i am home. the location is ideal, and the hotel is a reason to know this city better.
one morning, i found that a flying insect stays in the toilet, it was at least 3 inches long.

location is great with easy access to amenities.
check-in was slow and disorganized. the room looked tired, and the bathroom fixtures showed age. the promised tuktuk service was also often unavailable, which caused some delays.

I want to thank the staff for their really good care . Kook expedited my check-in and explained everything clearly (her kindness was very much appreciated). The team also prepared welcome amenities. The housekeeping team kept my room meticulously clean and tidy each day, so I really appreciated their effort.
