the staff was nice! the rooms were very clean. we stayed with two kids aged 1 and they even had a free kids room to play in. the location is just excellent. i enjoyed the short walk to the train station and several restaurants nearby.

i was told repeatedly by the front desk that there were no rooms available for the fourth day. however, there were all categories of rooms available that day. the breakfast coffee sucked. it felt more 3-star than 4-star.

ideal location friendly staff family destination

this hotel always became my family destination because the staffs are nice. i specially remember kitt, ken and top, though i wish i wrote more names. they welcome us every time, and i feel like i am home. the location is ideal, and the hotel is a reason to know this city better.

one morning, i found that a flying insect stays in the toilet, it was at least 3 inches long.

slow check-in tuktuk unavailabilty

location is great with easy access to amenities.

check-in was slow and disorganized. the room looked tired, and the bathroom fixtures showed age. the promised tuktuk service was also often unavailable, which caused some delays.

helpful staff amazing food luxurious room

the staff was helpful, allowing a slightly later checkout because i arrived late. both restaurants had amazing food!!! addison and the concierge were very kind. the privilege access room was luxurious.

the internet connection was very intermittent, and cell phone coverage in the room was almost nonexistent.

Wonderful Stay with Really good Service

really good care welcome amenities meticulously clean

I want to thank the staff for their really good care . Kook expedited my check-in and explained everything clearly (her kindness was very much appreciated). The team also prepared welcome amenities. The housekeeping team kept my room meticulously clean and tidy each day, so I really appreciated their effort.

I noticed the bathroom door lock in my room was not working. The maintenance team should check and repair these small details regularly. This would enhance guest safety and convenience (such minor inconveniences can really affect the overall impression).

The room size was perfect, and very neat place. The room included a king-sized bed with soft pillows and a lightweight duvet, ensuring a restful sleep. The air conditioning worked efficiently and quietly.

Adison at the concierge provided excellent assistance and remembered my name. He always greeted me warmly and offered support throughout my stay. The team even arranged a shuttle service for convenient transportation to the station.
