i found the hotel's proximity to the airport convenient for my early morning flight. the free shuttle service operated efficiently. the availability of a shopping mall within walking distance also proved helpful. i could purchase necessary items quickly.
the absence of soundproofing allowed some noise from outside to filter in.

The shuttle pick-up was not well-organized (a total zoo). I was looking for the hotel agent after a long flight with kids. The television in the room did not work until I reprogrammed it. Plus, the shower had no hot water, and the toilet flush button was broken, forcing manual flushing with sink water.
