The location was convenient. It was within walking distance to central world. The hotel is also close to the erawan shrine (i walked there in about 5 minutes). The staff at check-in were warm and cute.
The air-con was quite old. It was also loud and dusty. The pillows were hard (i found it difficult to sleep on them).

The in-room washer-dryer was a bit temperamental. I thought I had set it correctly (turns out, I was wrong), but it nearly scorched my clothes. the breakfast buffet, while extensive, had a couple of items that weren't as fresh as I expected. I found the bread slightly stale one morning. The staff at the reception sometimes was to be less attentive during shift changes.

the location is strategic and near central malls. staff members are warm and helpful. the room size was posh and spacious. housekeeping maintained the room well.
i found the floor to be quite loud. other guests did not respect their neighbors. i had to call the reception to help with the noises and unwanted disturbance.

the room was spacious and had generous storage.
I found the air conditioning to be quite noisy, difficult to sleep well. The pillows were too big and uncomfortable. I ended up using a rolled-up towel instead.
