i booked a sands premier double queen gardens by the bay view room for two nights. upon arrival, the premium services staff, robby, surprised us with an upgrade to a sands bay suite. this suite included luxurious furnishings and comfortable linen, as well as an array of snacks and beverages.
The hotel was very busy. There was a bit of a wait during check-in.

The rise restaurant served an diverse breakfast buffet. It offered many options. the spago restaurant provided an alternate set menu if we preferred a quieter setting. service was very prompt and efficient, though the space was very busy

i was disappointed by the room service. it took over an hour to receive a simple order. the staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. the delay significantly impacted my experience.

The premier suite with a city view provided perfect views. I could see the light show and weekend fireworks. premier service included a personal welcome and in-suite check-in. airport transfers were seamless. Staff handled luggage and provided assistance. a birthday cake and champagne added to the experience.
The infinity pool was very crowded. There were many people, and it was difficult to relax.

the staff was super friendly. they offered help without me even asking. the headphones at the gym were comfortable and connected to my devices easily.
