rainfall shower fruit selection
The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast was very generous. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection and the omelet station.
the gym had limited hours, it opened later than i preferred.

Really good Experience!
suite upgrade warm team live music
The service was AMAZING. I received a suite upgrade upon arrival. The team was warm and cute. The live music at the entrance lifted the mood after travel.
The deposit of THB 20,000 via card authorization at check-in was inconvenient. I did not expect such a large amount.

Very nice Stay with Lovely Views!
wonderful staff amazing breakfast comfortable room access club
I have stayed here for a VERY long time and find the staff consistently wonderful. The breakfast buffet at Mozu had AMAZING peanut options, such a treat. I found my room comfortable. I particularly enjoyed having access to the tower club.
I experienced some slow elevators. It sometimes took a little while to get down to the lobby.

My suite included spacious living area and comfortable king bed. The bathroom had separate shower and bathtub. I appreciated the high-quality linens. The room also included fast, reliable wifi service.

vast selection attentive staff birthday cake
the breakfast buffet on the m floor included a vast selection of food. there were multiple cooks preparing various dishes. the housekeeping staff came to the room three times a day, it was superb. the suite was very spacious and the beds felt comfortable to me. i appreciated a birthday cake and balloons were in the suite for my daughter. toiletries were lovely too. the club lounge offered attentive staff and a great selection of food throughout the day. i used it often. i found the staff very helpful and pleasant.

clean suite good service friendly staff hot hallway loud noise
the suite was very clean. service was very good! Ms. aoom was friendly, and professional. she was always ready to help.
nobody warned us! the drilling and banging lasted from 10:30 to 5/6 p.m. the hallways were terribly hot and stuffy.
