The staff exhibited helpfulness. The location was perfect. It suited MY plans. I had a very good breakfast. It exceeded what i expected.
The room furniture seemed dated, also the thermostat. I noticed damage on trim work. It needs to be improved. The cooling system was not working. THAT needs attention.

the room included water and snacks which was a nice touch it was also a large room. toiletries in the bathroom were of nice quality. breakfast had a good selection of food and the dinner at the hotel was very good.
the plumbing instructions were somewhat difficult to understand some text was faded.

The location is amazing. It is near everything, and the staff was super helpful. my room was huge and so peaceful! the beds were also large and comfortable. i really enjoyed how quiet my room was.
the thermostat was outdated and a little confusing to use, but i figured it out eventually.

The room was large with two queen sized beds. It had a continental breakfast buffet. The buffet was very fresh. The staff was always ready to give a helping hand to me.
The air conditioning made quite a bit of noise when it turned on and off during the night.
