I found the staff very friendly. they offered extra time in the room the following morning and two drink tokens at the bar to celebrate. some decorative banners were put up in our room, a really nice touch. the hotel vibe was amazing. There were many interesting interior design details to admire and the building looked very well kept.
the shower had low water pressure, which i found a bit inconvenient.

i really liked the decor throughout the hotel. it was beautiful and cozy. the toiletries provided were gorgeous! the location was perfect near the park.
the room was the tiniest i have ever stayed in. the bar staff in the evening were surly. there was too much taxidermy in the hotel areas, with birds above your head in corridors.
