the hotel is in a very convenient spot. it is near both paddington and lancaster gate stations. hyde park is also close. i also found the staff to be helpful and polite.

the room i got was quite small for the price. i had trouble getting around with my luggage. the towel rack heater in the bathroom was not working. cold water was also not available at the hand basin.

I missed my train and booked a room here on the day. khalid at reception was super helpful! the bed was comfortable. i really liked that the windows actually open. Fresh air is awesome! the bathroom had ritual body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. i would definitely stay again.
