The staff was friendly enough when I needed something. The location is central. Transportation is nearby.
The breakfast was a letdown. It was included, but the pastries tasted stale. The waitstaff seemed preoccupied. I waited a long time for my coffee. I expected better service.

Really good Stay, A Real Gem!

The staff were SO friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and spacious. The interiors throughout the hotel are fine. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, it was a good addition to my stay.
The set menu could have had a little more variety.

tidy space quick response welcome attention
my room included complimentary water and fresh fruit daily. housekeeping ensured a consistently tidy space. the staff responded quickly to requests, fulfilling all needs efficiently. i liked the attention to detail throughout the hotel.
the minibar prices seemed a bit high.

the staff were very cheerful and helpful. the bedroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.
my family booked rooms here and the trouble started as soon as we arrived. one room was on a different floor. the replacement room was of a lower standard. it was really disappointing.
