fantastic stay
attentive staff early check-in charming design
i always appreciate the attentive staff. they checked me in early after my flight. they also helped retrieve my glasses from the airport driver before i left. the hotel's interior design was charming and nice.
the rooms were noisy. i could hear everything in the hallway. squeaky old floors amplified sounds of people walking by, talking, and closing doors.

my room had beautiful pristine features. housekeeping showed creativity with my belongings. the bathroom included luxury toiletries. the decor contributed to a stylish and cute ambiance within the rooms.

the hotel is on the edge of soho, near theaters. it provides easy access to many attractions. i found the location convenient for exploring the area. this central spot made getting around simple.

helpful team amazing meal noisy rooms squeaky floors
The team was lovely and so helpful. There was always a smiling person at the door to greet you. every meal we had at the restaurant was amazing, and made even better by the team. i especially loved housekeeping's creativity with placing my purse on the kit kemp mannequin. It was so sweet!
the rooms were noisy, you can hear everything. all noises outside in the hallway were audible, someone talking, closing other room doors was disturbing. squeaky old floors were another issue.

decent stay, but issues need addressing
overpriced cocktails slow service
The cocktails were overpriced. I waited at least 20 minutes for each drink in a near empty bar. the bar staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving customers. the gin and tonic i had was not worth the price.
